Standard Terms And Conditions For Wedding Bookings
(Magical Memory Photographic Services asks clients to be aware that all wedding bookings are conducted on the basis of our Standard Terms and Conditions )

1. Confirmation
A provisional booking for the date of your choice will be held for a maximum of 14 days. After 14 days, Magical Memory Photographic Services requires written confirmation and a non-refundable or transferable deposit of £350. The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit, payable in cash, or by cheque payable to J Rafferty.

2. Payments
Six weeks before the date of your wedding an invoice will be issued for the final total. Settlement of this is required 14 days prior to the date of the wedding.

3. Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your booking; a charge will be made, calculated as a percentage of the total value, according to the scale highlighted below:
12 – 6 months before the wedding 25%, 6 – 4 months before the wedding 30%, 3 – 1 months before the wedding 50%, less than 1 month before the wedding 100 %. All cancellations should be confirmed in writing by the client. Cancellation will be in effect from the date of receipt of written confirmation. The cancellation fee must be paid 4 weeks prior to the wedding date (excluding weddings cancelled in this time in which case payment is due in full immediately).
We recommend that you consider Wedding Insurance to cover costs in the event of unavoidable cancellation.

4. Damage
The client is responsible to Magical Memory for any damage caused by the client or their guests or agents to our equipment, vehicles or personnel whilst engaged for photography at your wedding.

5.Prices
Whilst we take every precaution to ensure that prices are correct at the time of booking, certain costs, such as wedding albums, are subject to market forces beyond our control. In the event of us being notified of any alterations prior to your wedding, we will notify you of any that may affect the fees quoted at the time of booking.

6. Data Protection Act
Any information supplied to Magical Memory Photographic Services, is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1984 and may be used by us to keep you informed of special offers and promotions we believe are of interest to you. We do not disclose personal information to any other organization.
